The global COVID-19 Pandemic has created severe disruptions to most airlines, shipping lines and trucking schedules.
These disruptions can cause delays, cancellations of planned services and an impact on freight costs. In cases where shipments are affected whilst goods are in transit, PBS International Freight Ltd, will work with our clients and the carriers to ensure cargo is moved as quickly and cost-effectively as possible via an alternate route or service.
PBS International Freight Ltd cannot be held liable for any financial impact caused by enforced changes that are outside of our control, but we will endeavour to minimise exposure for the client where possible. All quotations are subject to confirmation at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation at this difficult time.
As a company we are following all government guidelines relating to working safely, including washing our hands frequently, covering coughs/sneezing and self-isolating if required.
All vehicles are sanitised before and after every assignment to reduce the risk of contamination through packages/boxes etc. These measures are also strictly enforced/adhered to when carrying pets – all animal holding areas and vans are thoroughly cleaned with a disinfectant that effectively destroys a wide spectrum of bacteria, fungi and viruses at the source.
