I cannot find enough superlatives to express the excellent care Jamie and I received from Shelle Easton and the staff at PBS. I arrived in New Jersey fretful and anxious; but my dear puppy arrived from London safe, alert and happy! He bounded out of the crate with his tail wagging and directly into my arms.

Just driving by an airport gives me heart palpitations; so, you can only imagine how scared I was to transport my new puppy from the UK to New Jersey, USA. But my fears were instantly relieved the moment Shelle picked up the phone at PBS. She demonstrated calm, confirmed PBS’ expertise in transporting animals from the UK, expressed absolute confidence in PBS’ commitment to animal safety and assured me of their compassion. She instantly won my trust. But, she also earned it.

Cheerfully she helped me choose the right airline (we used United and I was very happy with that choice), rearranged dates and airports and scenarios. Every time I dealt with Shelle, she made me feel like I was her only customer and that Jamie was her dog. I was so pleased and impressed with Shelle’s attention to detail: her instructions (which included the required paperwork to get him out of the UK and into the USA, and pre-pick up information (addresses, telephone number, etc.); the attention she gave to the size of Jamie’s crate; her help arranging transport from London to Heathrow; and, finally and importantly, the email she sent advising me and his breeder that he had boarded the plane and was enroute. It was great to receive confirmation that all was in order for his safe transport.

If I could, I would give Shelle and PBS a higher rating. But, since I can’t, I have and will tell everyone I know about this wonderful company and my wonderful experience. If I ever need to transport Jamie or another dog in the future, I will contact PBS and specifically ask for Shelle’s help. I hope PBS knows what a treasure Shelle is. Thank you, Shelle and PBS, for taking such good care of my puppy. And, thank you, Shelle, for taking such good care of me.
