Just wanted you to know that Thistle made the journey well and is now in Huntsville chasing chipmunks, her favourite sport. the people at the check-in at Gatwick were really nice and we were pleased to find that they have a kennel area so that the dogs don’t have to stay in their crates for hours before the flight. Thank you for helping us, as well as providing immaculate paper work. We appreciate everything you did for us and our pooch.
