I just want to say how much I appreciated all your help with the export of Bruce to Australia.
It was such a help to know you were only ever a phone call away during what was a very stressful time.
Working in a veterinary surgery we see many pets that come in for export as their owners are emigrating and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to them.
I know Linda and all the family will be so pleased to be reunited with Bruce when he is out of quarantine -they have missed him so much.

“Just a quick email to let you know that Bruce arrived safe and well in Australia and they actually let him in the country! What a relief. I’ve phoned the quarantine station twice so far and he seems to be settling well to life in OZ, all be it in a quarantine station. I just wanted to say many thanks to everyone involved in making this possible, I’m sure it must have been one of the most trying shipments you’ve had to handle, rest assured he is worth it! (Note for future – avoid bulldogs at all costs!)Thanks especially to you Shelle for going above and beyond the call of duty and helping my Mum sort everything out after we had left the UK, we couldn’t have done it without you.
